Excellent place, I loved highly qualified personnel.

Came here for 4 night stay, had a really great experience. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Perfect and good location adjacent to nice neighborhoods in Istanbul, I felt safe. Popped in Bar il Ciliegio for shots before sleep, it was not too far away from the venue: D

Exceptional views, greatly enjoyed perfect and good setting.

The rooms were big size, with a safe box, a mini bar, and a stone fireplace, EXCEPTIONALly comfortable bed. Every member of staff was highly qualified and very helpful.

I really enjoyed the view from my room overlooking the Bosphorus, it was amazing! And having an ATM in the hotel was super convenient for those spontaneous shopping sprees. the tour desk helped me plan my sightseeing, saving me time wandering around lost.

I felt like I was experiencing a deluxe version of a hostel, complete with hairballs and a full ashtray.

staying at gen plus was a delightful experience! the location is superb, with easy access to public transportation and iconic sights nearby. the room, though cozy, offered stunning views of the bosphorus and was equipped with essential amenities. the attentive staff, especially karim and ahmed, made our stay comfortable and memorable, going above and beyond to assist us. having secure parking with surveillance added peace of mind to our trip.
